Display the particular row or column in each page of the report

Step 1: Select Report on menu bar. Report->View->Grouping.

Step 2: Make sure that, whether Grouping is selected or not.

Step 3: Select Advanced mode in right corner.(Column Groups)

Step 4: Select (static) under “Column Groups”. While you selecting each (static) column. It will highlights the table column also. Similarly do that for “Row Grouping”.

Step 5: You can see the highlighted row in table and “Row Groups”.

Step 6: Now Select Properties window.

Step 7: Set  KeepWithGroupà After  and RepeatOnNewPageàTrue.

Step 8: Now it will display on every page. J J
